⚪️ Returns:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

🔊 Return Warnings

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that the payment refund process is not easy among the thousands of potential purchases at the Mishastyle store, but we are working hard to improve the customer buying experience and get the best ways to earn trust and security for customers.

How long can I request a refund?

The money is returned if less than 72 hours have passed since the payment of the Prophet at most, sometimes the financial transactions take more than 3 days to arrive.

Will I get a full refund?

The amount will not be refunded if the payment has passed for more than 3 days, and in the event of a problem with the shipment and the shipment does not reach the customer at all, the full amount will be refunded by investing the shipping amount, if the purchase process does not exceed 20 days

How long does it take for the refund to reach my account?

We cannot provide you with a specific time for refunds to arrive in your bank account because it depends on the country from which you made the payments and also the payment method you used while shopping.

Is recovering money always possible?

We do not guarantee that the refund process will be successful, according to the international laws that we are subject to during payment for the process of shipping the product to your country, we do our best to make all financial transactions smooth, according to global electronic payment systems.

When can I not get a refund?

  • Payments are non-refundable if payment is more than 20 days old.
  • Your money cannot be refunded if the shipment has already been launched and delivered to you according to the timeline while monitoring the arrival of the shipment to you.
  • You cannot get a refund if the error is from outside the store or the reasons are related to the payment method you used during the purchase process.
  • We do not guarantee a refund if the product is shipped to you in less than 12 days because we follow a system that takes time for the amounts paid to reach the company's account in London.
  • We cannot refund amounts that have been received for more than 20 days
