REFUND & RETURN POLICY

⚪️ Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the
    date of purchase to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • For items over £75, we
    recommend using a tracked service or purchasing insurance. We are not
    responsible for lost return shipments.

Please note that the payment refund process is not easy among the thousands of potential purchases at the Mishastyle store, but we are working hard to improve the customer buying experience and get the best ways to earn trust and security for customers.

💰 Refund Conditions:

Refunds are more likely to be approved if requested within 72 hours of payment. Some transactions may take up to 3 days to appear.

The amount will not be refunded if the payment has passed for more than 3 days, and in the event of a problem with the shipment and the shipment does not reach the customer at all, If the item never arrives, we’ll refund the full amount including shipping—provided it's within 20 days of purchase.

We cannot provide you with a specific time for refunds to arrive in your bank account because it depends on the country from which you made the payments and also the payment method you used while shopping.

Refund approval depends on compliance with international shipping and payment policies. We always strive for a smooth and fair process.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for orders over 20 days old, or when issues are due to third-party providers outside our control.
  • Your money cannot be refunded if the shipment has already been launched and delivered to you according to the timeline while monitoring the arrival of the shipment to you.
  • We do not guarantee a refund if the product is shipped to you in less than 12 days because we follow a system that takes time for the amounts paid to reach the company's account in London.
  • We cannot refund amounts that have been received for more than 20 days 

Money is automatically refunded from our billing account to the account from which you have already purchased.
